Serendata has joined SAP PartnerEdge and integrated with SAP Signavio®, so the people impact of every process change is visible next to the process design itself.
Process designs modelled in SAP Signavio® flow into Serendata, and conformance signals point straight at the groups that need support. Serendata connects to SAP Signavio® to close the gap between process transformation and measurable business benefit.
Serendata is now available on the SAP Store, giving SAP customers a single place for process and people change truth across programmes, projects and the whole portfolio.
Data moves in both directions. Processes, roles and objectives come into Serendata from SAP Signavio®; PeopleSignal scores go back so an amber process is never hidden inside a green project.
- Process Manager → Core Data: Processes, process roles and process IDs are pulled from SAP Signavio® into Serendata Core Data — the central Serendata repository for all change data.
- Programmes & projects: Programmes and projects pull through the relevant Core Data, including processes and process roles.
- Transformation Manager: An ‘Objective’ auto-populates in Serendata when selected and becomes a Serendata programme — name, description, milestones and value case. Initiatives pull through as projects.
- Change Health Score: A live, data-backed score built from change delivery, audience readiness and stakeholder engagement. Real signals a change manager can read, flag and trace straight back to the source of the problem.
- Score per project: Surface the PeopleSignal score by project or initiative. Flag at-risk projects and link each one back to Serendata for root-cause analysis.
- Score per process: PeopleSignal scores broken down by process — so an amber process isn't hidden inside a green project — surfaced in SAP Signavio® Process Intelligence as traffic lights, with a link into Serendata to diagnose the cause.
