What's on the horizon?

Serendata has some exciting plans for 2022.  

Our core goal continues to be to develop a platform that is as intuitive and insightful as possible for our users, but we are looking to expand our product even further with a heavy emphasis on visualisation and ease of data management. We wanted to share what we are currently working on and some of the exciting new features that will be arriving in the not-so-distant future.

Impact ownership

We have made it easier to organise your impacts by introducing optional ownership to help your teams focus on what matters to them.

Your team can filter by the impacts they own to create a consolidated view of impacts they are responsible for.

Access control

We’ve listened to your concerns about controlling access to data, especially for multi-agency organisations undertaking sensitive change programmes and projects.

To give you greater control over who sees what, you can now manage the default permissions for your project and control what your project and wider Insight team can see.

Whether that is restricting access to stakeholder information, or only allowing 'read only' access to your impacts, it’s simple and can be achieved in just a few clicks.

Data visualisations are a great way to get an “at a glance” view of what is going on in your project but getting to your change data that sits under those visualisations is just as important.

We are making it easier to dig deeper into your data through tabular views of the data our graphs and metrics show, to get you to those overdue impacts, or unhappy stakeholders, with a single click.

Surveys

One of the most common concerns we’ve had fed back to us is the administrative challenge of managing stakeholder data. To help, we’re developing an integrated survey feature that will allow you to quickly gauge the sentiment, receptiveness, and commitment of your stakeholders. You can also ask general questions and get information about how they are feeling in relation to a specific impact, or to the change initiative as a whole.

Surveys can be created ad-hoc or from a previously created survey template, making it simple and fast to get feedback from your stakeholders. You can analyse the responses and get updated sentiment, receptiveness and commitment suggestions automatically from the system which can be instantly applied to your stakeholders.

All surveys that have been sent to stakeholders can easily be accessed via the surveys area in your project, or directly from the profile of any Stakeholder who received the survey.

Our continuing focus

Making stakeholder engagement simpler

After listening to your feedback, we are going to be reviewing and continuously improving the stakeholder engagement and management process within the system to ensure it’s as intuitive and insightful as possible for you.

This will include looking at how stakeholder readiness is presented, and how we can incorporate tools and techniques that underpin other methodologies such as ADKAR.


Data insights

We want to be as innovative as possible when it comes to surfacing useful insights from your change data. We are continuously reviewing and creating new ways of correlating data together to give a richer output; both at a project level, and at a portfolio level.


Active Directory integration

The onboarding and setup process can be timely when it comes to gathering organisational information, adding stakeholders, and setting up Insight accounts. Integrating with Active Directory will enable your team to use their normal business logins and allow you to add stakeholders directly from your organisation directory.

Our aim is to remove as many barriers as possible to you getting your project set up quickly so you can focus on delivering the change, not on the admin.
